The tour can be undertaken at any time, is self-guided and begins at the starting point ‘Alte Hofhaltung’. It can also be experienced purely virtually, regardless of location.
All data and events have been compiled from historical and academic sources. However, the source material is not always entirely clear: after all, the events took place a good 400 years ago. Should you come across minor discrepancies in dates or accounts during further research, this is due to this circumstance.
The tour is easy to follow and provides a good insight even without any prior knowledge of history.
The tour is accessible, although at the Frauenkirche you must use the left-hand entrance rather than the main entrance. St Peter’s Church also has a side entrance suitable for wheelchairs.
